I’ve teamed up with Athens Foods to bring you guys a simple and delicious original recipe that your party guests won’t stop talking about. If you are looking for a sweet and easy dessert to add to your Fall festivities, look no further because these Athens Mini  Chocolate Phyllo Shells will make your holiday prep a breeze. These shells are great for creating individual desserts in half the time.

These chocolate pumpkin bites or as I like to refer to them as mini pumpkin pies, are made with 3 easy layers to create this delicious Fall flavored treat. What you will need to make these no-bake chocolate pumpkin bites:

chocolate phyllo shells

pumpkin puree

heavy whipping cream

granulated sweetener

pumpkin pie spice

cinnamon

salt

melted dark chocolate

For the shells I used Athens Foods Mini Phyllo Shells. I whipped together the heavy cream until fluffy then whipped in the pumpkin, sweetener, spices and salt. Then I transferred the filling to a piping bag and filled each shell. Finally I finished them with melted chocolate because chocolate + pumpkin together = OMG AHHMAZING!

Yum

If you are like me and can’t get enough of these easy-to-use phyllo shells then check out this recipe I made over the summer using Athens Phyllo Shells.
