Four Ingredient Blondie Protein Waffles
- 1 scoop PEScience Blondie Protein Powder (any flavor will work)
- 1/4 c coconut flour
- 3/4 almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- Spray your waffle maker with non-stick spray and turn heat to medium-high.
- Whisk all ingredients together until smooth. The batter should be thick.
- Scoop 1/4 cup of the batter into the center of the your waffle iron.
- Cookie for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Repeat until all batter is used.
