After a few hours of studying lines I decided I needed a delicious, chocolatey, nut butter treat and that’s exactly what I made–chocolate chip almond butter protein bars. There’s only about a half a pan left in my fridge and I’m the only one that’s tried them. What’s sharing like?
I made these yummy bars with a few simple ingredients. Almond butter, sugar replacement (I used Truvia but coconut sugar will also work), sugar-free maple syrup, protein powder, salt, chocolate chips and 1 egg! That’s all these bars are made of folks.
