Healthy Banana Bread Pancake

 

Healthy high protein banana bread in pancake form. These pancakes are made gluten-free and dairy-free.

Healthy Banana Bread Pancake

Ingredients

  • 2 large bananas, overly ripe
  • 2 eggs, whole
  • 1 c oat flour
  • 1/4 c almond milk
  • 32g vanilla protein PEScience 30% OFF code PBCHOCO
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, beat together the bananas, eggs and milk until smooth and fluffy.
  • Add in the remaining ingredients and stir until combined.
  • Heat a pancake pan or skillet on low-medium heat and prepare with non-stick spray.
  • Cook pancakes 1/3 cup at a time until bubbles pop, flip and cook until golden brown.
