It’s almost September which means it’s basically Fall, right? So it’s totally okay that I’m going to be posting Cinnamon Apple flavored everything! And as soon as September hits, I’ll be transitioning into pumpkin everything and anything. I hope you ¬†guys are ready because I sure am! BRING ON FALL!

Healthy High Protein Cinnamon Apple Banana Bread made gluten-free.


  • 1 c oat flour
  • 3 bananas, overly ripe
  • 2 small apples, peeled and chopped
  • 3 eggs

  • 1 tbsp coconut oi, melted
  • 2 tbsp ground flax
  • 3 packets stevia or sweetener of choice
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder


  • Preheat oven to 350F and prepare a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  • Place the apples into a blender or food processor on high until finely chopped and then transfer apples to a mixer. Add in the eggs and bananas. Beat until fluffy.
  • Add in the oat flour, protein, cinnamon, stevia, baking soda, baking powder and flax. Mix just until combined. Add the coconut oil and continue mixing until combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 44-46 minutes. Let cool before cutting into pieces and serving.
