Healthy Matcha Green Tea Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • 9 soft medjool dates, pitted
  • 2 tbsp natural almond butter
  • 1/4 c gluten-free oats
  • 32g vanilla protein powder PEScience 30% off code PBCHOCO
  • 2 tbsp matcha green tea powder (for rolling)

Instructions

  1. Place the dates, almond butter, oats and protein into a food processor and blend until smooth like dough. You may need to stop and scrape the sides a few times.
  2. Separate dough into 12 evenly sized balls.
  3. Roll the balls in matcha powder and serve.
