This healthy 5-minute chia jam is not just super good but also full of superfood antioxidants. I made this delicious jam without using refined sugar or gluten.

In just five minutes and five ingredients, you can have a perfectly healthy jam to spread on toast or slather over pancakes.

  • 1 c fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice


  1. Place all ingredients (except chia seeds) into a small frying pan over medium heat until mixture starts to boil. Simmer for 2 minutes then using the back of a spatula, gently smash the raspberries. Continue to simmer for 2 more minutes then remove from heat. Stir in chia seeds and let cool. Once cooled, serve.
