- 12-15 frozen strawberries
- 1/4 c greek yogurt (full fat coconut milk for vegan)
- 1/4 sugar-free maple syrup or sticky syrup
- Place all ingredients in a food processor or high speed blender until smooth. You may need to stop and scrape the sides and then continue blending.
- Enjoy as is or for a more "ice cream" like texture, pour the fro-yo into an air tight container and place it in the freezer for 3-5 hours or until frozen.
- Let sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before serving.
