These flourless brownies are loaded with real dark chocolate and cocoa powder for all you chocolate lovers out there–these brownies are not for the faint of heart. The dark chocolate flavor is so rich and decadent, you will think you are eating straight fudge.
No secret ingredients here!
I love a good alternative brownie made with weird ingredients that are naturally gluten-free like beans, avocado, dates, or zucchini–you name it and I’ve made it and enjoyed it. But these brownies are different. There are no secret ingredients here, just a few ingredients that you would normally find in it’s floured counterpart.
Here’s what you will need to make these life changing brownies:
- chocolate (dark, milk, sugar-free or whatever your heart desires)
- unsweetened cocoa powder (I used a mixture of regular and special dark)
- oil (I used coconut oil but olive oil or melted butter will also work)
- granulated sweetener of choice (I used Truvia)
- vanilla extract and salt!
