Combining all my favorites into one dessert is what I do best. Obviously, I love peanut butter and chocolate but I’m also a sucker for adding pretzels into my creations (that sweet and salty though) and anything s’mores flavored is literally the best! So when The Feed Feed and Ghirardelli came together to hold a S’mores Contest I knew exactly what I wanted to make.
These peanut butter cookies are loaded with peanut butter, gluten-free mini marshmallows, Ghirardelli dark chocolate squares and for the crunch I used gluten-free pretzel sticks instead of graham crackers. They are simple to make and hands down, the best cookie you will ever have!
I was able to cut down on the sugar in these peanut butter cookies by using Swerve Brown Sugar and Swerve Granulated Sweetener!

Big and chewy healthy oatmeal cookies with orange citrus icing–it’s quite a mouthful but every word is extremely important in the description of these cookies. I debated whether or not to add gluten-free, refined sugar-free, high in protein with a vegan option to the title. What do you think? Probably best the way I left it.
