Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten free rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup Lifeway Kefir Lowfat Strawberry
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp Truvia or sweetener of choice

Toppings

  • fresh strawberries, chopped optional
  • dollop of almond butter optional
  • slivered almonds or nuts optional

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients into a mason jar and screw the lid on tightly. Shake it up until everything is well combined. Let the oats sit for at least 30 minutes or up to 3 days.
  • Serve with toppings!
