Ingredients

  • ¾ cup almond butter or cashew butter
  • 28 grams vanilla whey protein powder
  • ¼ cup VitaClassic syrup see notes for substitutions
  • sprinkles optional

Instructions

  • In a microwave safe bowl, gently melt the syrup and almond butter together. Mix using a fork until combined.
  • Add the protein powder and continue mixing until you get a sticky dough forms and then use your hands to separate the dough into two evenly sized balls.
  • Mold dough into a bar shape and top with sprinkles before the bars set.
  • Let sit and room temp for 10-15 minutes before serving. This will allow for the bar to set completely.

Notes

If subbing syrup with honey only use 3 tbsp instead of 1/4 cup.
