Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats gluten free
  • 1 cup almond milk more if needed
  • 1 scoop Primal Kitchen Chai Latte Collagen Peptides
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup more for topping
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 dash nutmeg
  • 1 dash ground cloves

Toppings

  • cinnamon optional
  • extra maple syrup optional

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients into a mason jar and screw the lid on tightly. Shake it up until everything is well combined. Let the oats sit for at least 30 minutes or up to 3 days.
