Ingredients
1 ⅓cupnon-dairy vanilla yogurt
¼cupcoconut milkfull fat
2tbspagave
⅓cupgluten-free granola
1kiwi, skin removed and slicedor other furit of choice
¼cupblueberriesor other fruit of choice
Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together the yogurt, milk and agave until smooth.
Drop sliced fruit (kiwi) into the bottom of 5 popsicle molds. Layer with yogurt mixture, blueberries (or fruit of choice) and more yogurt leaving ¼inch of room at the top.
Finish with granola and press it into the yogurt mixture. Insert a popsicle stick and freeze overnight.
Notes
Store popsicles in an airtight container in the freezer.
