Ingredients

  • ½ cup gluten-free oat flour
  • 32 grames vanilla whey protein powder
  • 2 tbsp Truvia or granulated sweetener of choice
  • pinch sea salt
  • 2 tbsp organic butter
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp sugar free chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Place all the dry ingredients into a bowl and stir. In another bowl, gently melt the butter and then add in the vanilla extract and water.
  • Add the wet ingredients to the dry and stir until a batter comes together. Fold in the chocolate chips, chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour before devouring!

Notes

This recipe is best if stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator
