PEANUT BUTTER PLUS CHOCOLATE

Place apple pieces, sugar and cinnamon into a bowl and combine.  Combine the brown sugar and cinnamon in another bowl.  Finally, make the cake batter in a separate bowl.

Prepare a loaf pan with parchment paper and fill with half of the cake batter. Use a rubber spatula to smooth it out in an even layer.

Top with half of the brown sugar cinnamon mixture. Be sure to sprinkle it in an even layer over the batter.

Top with half of the apple cinnamon mixture. Distribute the apples in an even layer and use a knife to swirl them into the batter slightly.

Repeat this process to use up the remaining batter, brown sugar cinnamon and apples. Use a knife to swirl the apples into the batter. Now you are ready to bake!

Once baked through, top with sweet glaze and serve. This loaf is best at room temperature wrapped in plastic up to 3 days.
