This chocolate banana bundt cake recipe is dense and full of rich chocolate and banana flavor. The best dairy free, gluten free and cake you will ever have. This cake will quickly become a favorite recipe that you will want to make again and again!
1/2cupunsweetened cocoa powder I used two tablespoons of special dark
1/2tbspbaking soda
1/8tspsea salt
3large eggs room temperature
3bananas
1/4calmond milk unsweetened vanilla room temperature
1/4cupcoconut oil melted
1/4cupmaple sugar or coconut sugar
2packets stevia can omit but I wanted a little more sweetness
1tspvanilla extract
1/3cupdark chocolate chips Lily's
1cup fresh strawberries or fruitoptional
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 F and prepare a bundt cake pan with non-stick spray.In a large bowl, mash the bananas and then add in the eggs and beat until well combined. Whisk in the coconut oil, almond milk and vanilla.Add in the almond flour, tapioca flour, cocoa powder or powders, salt and baking soda and stir until no dry spots remain. Bake for 40-55 minutes. This will vary depending on your bundt cake pan.
Let the cake cool completely. Use a knife to help loosen the sides before removing. Melt the chocolate and drizzle over cake. Top with fresh strawberries and serve.
