Healthy Classic Protein Waffles

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c gluten-free oat flour
  • 32g protein powder PEScience 30% off code PBCHOCO
  • 1/2 banana, mashed
  • 1 egg, whole
  • 1/2 c almond milk
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1 packet stevia
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

Instructions

  1. In a medium both, whisk together all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Cook waffles in a preheated waffle iron prepared with non-stick spray on HIGH heat until golden brown.
  3. Top with homemade jam or maple syrup.
