No bake chocolate raspberry protein bars are simple and the perfect protein packed treat when you are on the go.

I fell in love with protein bars quite a few years ago and they are my secret to getting through a busy work day when I have zero time to cook a proper meal–insert homemade protein bar here.

These healthy bars are made with freeze dried raspberries, brown rice flour, protein powder, cashew butter and a couple other simple ingredients then topped with decadent sugar-free chocolate. They are gluten-free and can easily be made vegan by using a plant based protein. Protein bars for the win!

I used PEScience Gourmet Vanilla Protein Powder and you can get 30% off www.pescience.com by using code PBCHOCO at checkout!

  1. Place the freeze dried raspberries into a food processor or blender on high until in powder form.
  2. Pour the powdered freeze dried raspberries, protein, flour and sweetener into a mixer and mix until combined. Add in the cashew butter, sugar-free maple syrup and almond milk and continue mixing until a dough forms.
  3. Press the dough evenly into the bottom of an 8x8 inch pan lined with parchment paper. Melt chocolate and drizzle over the dough. Place the pan into the freezer for 30 minute before cutting into 16 bars and serving. Store in the refrigerator.
