Healthy Paleo Protein Pancakes

Healthy paleo pancakes made gluten-free and dairy-free.


  • 3 eggs, large
  • 1/3 c coconut flour
  • 1/4 c almond flour

  • 1 1/2 c almond milk
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder


  1. Whisk together the eggs and milk until incorporated.
  2. Add int the remaining ingredients and continue mixing until smooth.
  3. Prepare a skillet or pancake pan with non-stick spray and turn on medium heat.
  4. Cook pancakes 1/3 cup at a time until edges start to brown. Flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
  5. Top with fresh fruit and maple syrup.
