Unbelievably decadent unbaked brownies topped with rich chocolate ganache. A perfectly healthy late night snack.
My favorite thing about these brownies besides all the delicious whole food ingredients (hazelnuts, almonds, dates, cocao powder, protein and maple syrup) are that these brownies require zero baking.
I topped these date brownies with a rich chocolate ganache made from coconut oil, cocao powder, maple syrup and almond milk. The combination of those ingredients equals a velvety chocolate frosting.
