Ingredients
- 9 soft medjool dates, pitted
- 2 tbsp natural almond butter
- 1/4 c gluten-free oats
- 32g vanilla protein powder PEScience 30% off code PBCHOCO
- 2 tbsp matcha green tea powder (for rolling)
Instructions
- Place the dates, almond butter, oats and protein into a food processor and blend until smooth like dough. You may need to stop and scrape the sides a few times.
- Separate dough into 12 evenly sized balls.
- Roll the balls in matcha powder and serve.
