Healthy paleo pancakes made gluten-free and dairy-free.
Serving Size
3 pancakes
Ingredients
- 3 eggs, large
- 1/3 c coconut flour
- 1/4 c almond flour
- 32g vanilla protein
- 1/2 c almond milk
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Whisk together the eggs and milk until incorporated.
- Add int the remaining ingredients and continue mixing until smooth.
- Prepare a skillet or pancake pan with non-stick spray and turn on medium heat.
- Cook pancakes 1/3 cup at a time until edges start to brown. Flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
- Top with fresh fruit and maple syrup.
