This recipe is super simple to make and will take just a few minutes to whip together. I used protein powder as my dry milk base in this recipe but you can sub the protein for any powdered milk that you like.

For a dairy free or vegan option use a powdered non-dairy milk in place of the protein.
Ingredients
- 1 c cocao butter, chopped
- 1/4 c vanilla protein powder [PEScience 30% off code PBCHOCO]
- 2 tsp coconut oil, melted
- 1 packet stevia
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a double boiler (small pot of simmering water water with a glass bowl over it) gently melt the cocao butter, coconut oil and vanilla extract. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the protein powder and stevia.
- Pour mixture into chocolate molds, chocolate chip molds, a small square pan or anything that the chocolate can be easily removed when cooled. I used two small Tupperware containers. Now is the time to sprinkle with toppings if desired.
- Place in the freezer until chocolate hardens.
One quick question: Isn’t 1 packet of Stevia too little for this recipe? Most packet Stevias only provide 1 gram of Stevia. Also since this is a packet, which brand you use?
That’s all I used. If you like your chocolate very sweet, then definitely add another packet but one was enough for me 🙂
OMG!!! This looks so tasty. I’m sure I will try this making at home and I m a crazy fan of white chocolate. Thank so much for sharing this recipe. Keep sharing…..
