This plant based immune boosting smoothie will not only help to boost your immune system but it makes for a delicious breakfast or snack. I like to make this smoothie before I start feeling under the weather so my body is always ready to fight off a cold.
Adding Lifeway Plentiful Coconut Vanilla into this smoothie added the creaminess I was looking for without adding dairy. YAY!

Immune Boosting Vitamin C Smoothie
- 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 lime freshly squeezed
- 1/2 cup Lifeway Plantiful Coconut Vanilla
- 1 banana
- 1/2 tbsp turmeric
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 cups baby spinach
- Wash all your produce well before starting. Place your ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. ENJOY!
