Healthy Blueberry Overnight Oats


If you are looking for a flavorful breakfast that you can prep ahead of time than look no further because this Blueberry Overnight Oatmeal recipe not only looks beautiful but has blueberry flavor bursting out of every bite.

Overnight oats are my favorite on-the-go breakfast, lunch or snack. You can prep oats days before, the night before or even 2 hours before! It’s a great alternative to hot cereal, especially if you live in Southern California (like I do) where it’s still above 100 degrees in ¬†September.

Healthy Blueberry Overnight Oats

Healthy blueberry overnight oats loaded with blueberry flavor.



  1. Place the oats and protein into a bowl and stir until combined. Add in the milk and and vanilla and mix until all the oats are wet.
  2. Stir in half of the blueberry syrup from my Healthy Blueberry Syrup Recipe.
  3. Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.


For vegan use a plant based protein.
