Healthy Chocolate Almond Butter Truffles

Healthy Chocolate Almond Butter Truffles

These chocolate truffles make a perfect bite sized snack when that late night craving hits. Or with the Holiday Season just around the corner, these fudgy chocolate almond truffles make a delicious gift.

I made these no-bake truffles using just a few ingredients and then dipped them in sugar-free chocolate (I used Lily’s brand and I swear you would never know it’s sugar-free).

I also, add PEScience protein powder, which also comes in Vegan. Get 30% OFF all PEScience products when you use my code PBCHOCO.

Healthy Double Chocolate Almond Butter No Sugar Added Truffles

  • 4 tbsp natural almond butter
  • 32g chocolate protein, vegan if necessary PEScience 30% off code PBCHOCO
  • 3 tbsp agave
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened cocao powder
  • 2 tbsp almond milk
  • 1/4 c oat flour
  • 1 sugar-free chocolate bar, Lily's or vegan if necessary
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • flaked sea salt for sprinkling

  1. Place the almond butter, protein, agave, cocao powder and oat flour into a food processor and blend until combined. You may need to stop and scrape the sides form time to time. Add the almond milk 1 tablespoon at a time. Blend until you reach a playdough like consistency.
  2. Roll dough into 12 evenly sized balls and place in the freezer for 20 minutes.
  3. Remove and melt chocolate and coconut oil together until smooth.
  4. Dip each ball into the chocolate and place on a piece of parchment paper. Sprinkle with flaked sea salt and return to the freezer until chocolate is solid. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

I had some left over chocolate so these macros aren't 100% accurate. I would say they are probably a little less than this.
