Healthy Five Minute Blueberry Syrup (Gluten-Free & Vegan)

Healthy 4-ingredients blueberry syrup. Great for topping pancakes, ice cream, oatmeal and more. Made gluten-free, vegan, paleo and under 5 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 c fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • juice from 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a sauce pan on medium-low heat.
  2. Cook for 4-5 minutes (stirring occasionally) and serve over pancakes.
  3. Store in a mason jar or airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.
