- rolled oats, gluten free
- chia seeds
- Primal Kitchen Chai Tea Latte Collagen Peptides
- almond milk
- maple syrup
- more maple syrup to taste

Maple Chai Latte Overnight Oats
- 1 cup rolled oats gluten free
- 1 cup almond milk more if needed
- 1 scoop Primal Kitchen Chai Latte Collagen Peptides
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp maple syrup more for topping
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 dash nutmeg
- 1 dash ground cloves
- cinnamon optional
- extra maple syrup optional
- Place all the ingredients into a mason jar and screw the lid on tightly. Shake it up until everything is well combined. Let the oats sit for at least 30 minutes or up to 3 days.
