I don’t know about you but my cookies need chocolate and lots of it.

Which is why I had to dip these cookies in chocolate for a double dose of my ingredient.

And if you love chocolate as much as I do, you are going to love these Small Batch Chocolate Donuts and these chewy gluten free and Vegan Chocolate Brownie Cookies. If those recipes aren’t enough to convince you that chocolate belongs on every plate, these Chocolate Sugar Cookies definitely will.

Healthy Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

My favorite thing about these cookies (besides how soft they are) is that they come together quickly and are made using whole food ingredients.

A few other things about these cookies is that they take less than thirty minutes to make from start to finish and store perfectly at room temperature for 3 days when lightly covered or in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.

My secret to the softest cookies ever is to keep them thick and under bake them; about 9 minutes in the oven was the sweet spot for me.

I can’t wait for you to try these for yourself and hope you share them with all your friends.
