Healthy Five Minute Blueberry Syrup (Gluten-Free & Vegan)
    Healthy 4-ingredients blueberry syrup. Great for topping pancakes, ice cream, oatmeal and more. Made gluten-free, vegan, paleo and under 5 minutes.

	    Ingredients
- 1 c fresh or frozen blueberries
 - 3 tbsp maple syrup
 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
 - juice from 1 lemon
 
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a sauce pan on medium-low heat.
 - Cook for 4-5 minutes (stirring occasionally) and serve over pancakes.
 - Store in a mason jar or airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.
