Healthy, easy-to-make chocolate bars with protein. All it takes is just four ingredients and five minutes to make these delicious, low carb, sugar-free chocolates.
I used virgin coconut oil, raw unsweetened cocao powder, all natural sugar-free maple syrup (Joseph’s brand) and PEScience Frosted Chocolate Cupcake protein powder. For vegan use 16g vegan chocolate protein power.

Healthy homemade protein chocolate bars made using just four simple ingredients.

Ingredients
- 1/4 c virgin coconut oil
- 1/4 c unsweetened cocao powder
- 2 tbsp all natural sugar-free maple syrup
- 16g chocolate protein PEScience 30% off code PBCHOCO
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a microwave safe bowl, gently melt the coconut oil, sugar-free maple syrup and vanilla until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, stir together the cocao powder and protein powder. Pour the mixture into the coconut oil mixture and whisk until smooth.
- Pour chocolate into molds and freeze for 20 minutes before serving. *Store in refrigerator or freezer

These look awesome! I was wondering if chocolate bars would work with protein added! Did you use the whey protein from the brand linked and do you think it might work with plant-based protein?
