Healthy no bake peanut butter pretzel granola bars: a simple recipe using just 6 healthy ingredients and made in just one bowl. These delicious snack bars are gluten-free, vegan and refined sugar-free for quick treat that everyone can enjoy.
I don’t know about you but if I don’t have healthy snacks around at all times, I tend to be easily tempted by my boyfriend’s cabinet full of Chewy Chips Ahoy cookies and Strawberry Poptarts. Keeping healthy snacks around the kitchen is essential to keep me from eating an entire box of Oreos. This week I made these vegan, gluten-free and refined sugar-free no bake granola bars full of oats, peanut butter, banana, agave and pretzels. I also tossed in some chia seeds for good measure. 😉
Adding gluten-free pretzels to my baked goods is seriously one of my favorite past times. Not only do they photograph beautifully but I’m a real sucker for a good sweet and salty combination. One of my favorite recipes I’ve made using pretzels were these these Double Chocolate Brownie like Cookies Topped with Gluten-Free Pretzels.
