Healthy Peanut Butter Chocolate Caramel Oat Bars

Jump to recipe

These gluten-free and refined sugar-free oat bars are high in protein, layered with gooey date caramel and topped with decadent chocolate.

Chocolate is perfectly acceptable to eat for breakfast, right? YES! The answer is yes when paired with oats and in moderation of course. It also helps when you find a stevia sweetened chocolate like Lily’s chocolate bar. I’m not even being paid to post about this chocolate, I really just love it and want to share it with the world! You can get Lily’s online or in Whole Foods, Sprouts or sometimes even large grocery stores will cary them.

I used PEScience Gourmet Vanilla Select Protein in these bars. You can get 30% OFF using my code PBCHOCO on their website www.peanutbutterpluschocolate.com
