Roasted turmeric cashews are my go-to superfood snack. These deliciously roasted cashews are lathered in olive oil and finished with spicy cayenne pepper, sea salt and turmeric powder. Perfect for on-the-go snacking, party platters and meal preps!

Anyone else have a favorite, go-to nut? Obviously, I love peanuts but when it comes to snacking I prefer cashews and the spicier the better! These roasted turmeric cashews can be tossed together in less than 15 minutes for the ultimate snacking experience. Not to mention, this snack is vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, sugar-free, low carb and all the wonderful things that is superfood. So many great things in just one simple snack!

This recipe is super simple using just five ingredients.

raw cashews

olive oil

turmeric powder

cayenne pepper

sea salt
