Avocado pudding is one of my favorite desserts to make, especially when you are in a pinch for time. This recipe takes just 5 minutes to make. Yes, you read that right. Just 5 minutes! Place all the ingredients into a blender or food processor, blitz until smooth and then chill until ready to serve. That’s it! 🙂
