WHAT CAN I PUT IN THESE YOGURT POPSICLES?
Turn your classic smoothie bowl into easily portable popsicle for a yummy breakfast on the go. These popsicles are the perfect summertime treat and can be customized to fit your dietary needs and flavor preferences.
HOW TO MAKE THESE YOGURT POPSICLES?
Popsicle molds. There’s no way around this one. Popsicle molds are a must. The good news is that you can find them for fairly cheap. I actually bought mine at a thrift store (brand new in the box!) and I’ve even seen some smaller ones at dollar stores. Of course, you can find them Target and on Amazon but if you aren’t looking to spend much, check second hand stores first!
Popsicle sticks. I’ve seen lots of popsicles on Pinterest using straws and the first time I made my own popsicles I tried making them with a cute and colorful straw–bad idea! The straws get soggy and bend. I do not recommend using a straw in place of a popsicle stick. An alternative that does work: spoons, knives or even forks!
Ingredients (obviously). I wanted to throw this one in here even though it’s so obvious. If you don’t have the exact ingredients that I used, that’s okay. These popsicles are easily adaptable to different brands and flavors. You can use any granola brand you have on hand (doesn’t have to be gluten-free that’s just my preference). Same goes for the yogurt, sweetener and milk. Use whatever kind of yogurt you prefer and if you want to use goats milk–go for it!

These look simply gorgeous, a perfect fit for Mother’s Day brunch–not as heavy nor as sugary as other choices, though possibly too pretty too eat. 🙂 Yours look quite professional with the swirls of violet around the blueberries. Doubt I can make mine as fancy but hopefully they’ll still taste all right! Thanks for the recipe!
You are too kind. The swirls magically happened just from soaking in the mixture while freezing. I’m sure yours will be gorgeous! xx
