Here’s what you need…
almond milk
gluten free rolled oats
Truvia or sweetener of choice
chia seeds
strawberry slices

Strawberry Overnight Oats Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup gluten free rolled oats
- 1/2 cup Lifeway Kefir Lowfat Strawberry
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp Truvia or sweetener of choice
Toppings
- fresh strawberries, chopped optional
- dollop of almond butter optional
- slivered almonds or nuts optional
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients into a mason jar and screw the lid on tightly. Shake it up until everything is well combined. Let the oats sit for at least 30 minutes or up to 3 days.
- Serve with toppings!
