Grapefruit Prosecco Popsicles

Quarantine summer just got a little better [and cooler] with these grapefruit Prosecco popsicles. These wine popsicles are super easy to make and require just 2 ingredients. You guessed it–grapefruit and Prosecco!

Make these as ice pops like I did or use your standard popsicle mold, either way, these Prosecco popsicles are everything you never knew you needed!

What you need to make these Prosecco popsicles

I love enjoying these popsicles in these ice pop shapes because they remind me of otter pops we had growing up except these are infused with alcohol which makes them inherently a thousand times better.

I got these from Amazon for $11 bucks and you can get them here.

I used just two simple ingredients for this recipe:

  • cold pressed grapefruit juice
  • Prosecco (vegan if necessary)

That’s it! I don’t like my alcohol too sweet so I didn’t add any sweetener to these but if you like a sweet drinks, you might like these pops with some added simple syrup to taste.
