I’ve received tons of messages over the years asking for paleo recipes as I tend to use oats and peanut butter in most of mine. So I present to you this super delicious and super simple Paleo Granola made of almonds, seeds, shredded coconut, flax meal and lathered in coconut oil and almond butter. A nutty and seedy snack that’s irresistible and seriously addicting! I made this recipe paleo like you asked as well as gluten-free and keto friendly! YAY! Now everyone can enjoy this granola.
My favorite way to eat granola is just like a big bowl of cereal with cold almond milk and loaded with fruit. Occasionally, I’ll sprinkle some granola over a smoothie bowl or a cup of yogurt.
